IBPS PO/ MT Syllabus:IBPS has introduced a Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for the recruitment of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees (CRP PO/MT-XIII), comprising three phases: a preliminary examination, main examination, and interview. The preliminary examination evaluates candidates' proficiency in English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. Those who qualify proceed to the main examination, which covers Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, and Data Analysis & Interpretation. Finally, successful candidates are invited for an interview. This process aims to assess candidates' aptitude, knowledge, and communication skills, ensuring they are well-suited for the challenging role of a Probationary Officer/Management Trainee in the banking sector. आईबीपीएस ने प्रोबेशनरी ऑफिसर्स/मैनेजमेंट ट्रेनीज (सीआरपी पीओ/एमटी-एक्सआईआईआई) की भर्ती के लिए एक सामान्य भर्ती प्रक्रिया (सीआरपी) शुरू की है, जिसमें तीन चरण हैं: प्रारंभिक परीक्षा, मुख्य परीक्षा, और साक्षात्कार। प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में उम्मीदवारों की अंग्रेजी भाषा, मात्रात्मक योग्यता, और तर्क क्षमता का मूल्यांकन किया जाता है। जिन उम्मीदवारों को पास किया जाता है वे मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए आगे बढ़ते हैं, जिसमें तर्क और कंप्यूटर योग्यता, सामान्य/अर्थशास्त्र/बैंकिंग जागरूकता, अंग्रेजी भाषा, और डेटा विश्लेषण और व्याख्या शामिल है। अंत में, सफल उम्मीदवारों को साक्षात्कार के लिए आमंत्रित किया जाता है। यह प्रक्रिया उम्मीदवारों की योग्यता, ज्ञान, और संचार कौशल का मूल्यांकन करने का उद्देश्य है, ताकि वे बैंकिंग क्षेत्र में प्रोबेशनरी ऑफिसर/मैनेजमेंट ट्रेनी के इस चुनौतीपूर्ण भूमिका के लिए उपयुक्त हों। आईबीपीएस पीओ पाठ्यक्रम उम्मीदवारों के लिए प्रत्येक चरण के लिए प्रभावी तैयारी के लिए एक व्यापक गाइड के रूप में काम करता है, जिससे उनकी सफलता की संभावनाएं बढ़ जाती हैं।

Phase III: Interview

                      Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Main Examination for CRP- PO/MTXIII will be invited to an Interview, which will be conducted by the Participating Banks and managed by the Nodal Bank in each State/UT with the assistance of IBPS. Interviews will be held at certain locations. The shortlisted candidates will be informed of the location, place, time, and date of the interview in the call letter. Candidates must obtain their interview invitation letters from the official IBPS website, www.ibps.in. Please keep in mind that any requests for changes to the interview date, location, or other details will be denied.

To proceed in the selection process for IBPS PO/MT positions, candidates need to perform well in both the Online Main Exam and the interview. These stages are crucial steps that determine a candidate's suitability for the role of an IBPS PO/MT.

The Online Main Exam evaluates their knowledge, skills, and understanding of relevant subjects, assessing how they handle real-world scenarios. Following this, the interview dives deeper into their aptitude, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit for the IBPS PO/MT role.

After these evaluations, candidates' merit scores are calculated, considering their performance in both the Online Main Exam and the interview.
